COVID 19 Protocol

To maximize employee and guest safety with regards to the COVIS 19 PANDEMIC, Ostria has implemented a thorough safety protocol that complies with the Greek Hotel Chamber of Commerce recommendations. Here is a brief summary of the measures and changes to hotel operations:

• Check out has been changed from 12:00 to 11:00 AM to provide adequate time to prepare the room properly.
• Check in has been delayed until 16:00 again to allow extra time for thorough cleanliness.
• To minimize room traffic routine daily maid service is suspended and available on request for special needs.
• Breakfast buffet has been suspended and breakfast time slot reservations will be required.
• Summer blankets are wrapped in plastic and will be cleaned after each use.

We kindly ask that everyone adhere to distancing guidelines and that everyone take advantage of our sanitizing stations.

Our new cleaning protocol and the use of UV vacuums will ensure that your rooms and our common areas are cleaned to antiseptic levels.
